How to submit a php form from a website?

I have ubuntu 14 with vestaCP on digitalocean, installed postfix, configured it, messages from the console with echo leave the server and arrive at the addressee's mail with a bang, when sending a php form from the site in the log it tail -f /var/log/mail.loggives

which means that the letter has gone and everything is fine, but does not arrive at the addressee, the TP says that "the letter can be delivered locally", I don't know how to solve this, Tell me :(

VestaCP in my opinion Exim4 installs...
