127.0.0.1 and localhost in the email header is that ok?

In the email headers, the received field has 127.0.0.1 and localhost in several places.
Is it worth filtering it out? Or can you leave it and it won't affect email deliverability and spam filters?
And the question - received from occurs 4 times in the letter header. Is that normal?

On mail tester 10/10
I use iredmail (postfix)

Removed via header_checks
www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#header_checks
As an example
/^Received:/ IGNORE
/^User-Agent:/ IGNORE
/^X-Mailer:/ IGNORE
/^X-Originating-IP:/ IGNORE
/^X-PHP-Originating-Script/ IGNORE

It's better to remove all headers before your output mail-gate.
