How to style select into multiple columns?

We are looking for a solution by which it would be possible to turn select into a mega menu, dividing it into columns,
as in the picture

found this selectize.js solution ..any more ideas?)

well, you can’t do such a select on a select, on divs you already have an example of how it is implemented, well, as an option, you can do it yourself.
