How to stream to mail.ru using ffmpeg?

How can I stream to streams.mail.ru using ffmpeg?
The broadcast address is known (something like rtmp://restreams0.ext.terrhq.ru/stream/) and the broadcast code. It's not clear where to put the translation code into the ffmpega command.
