I saw a bunch of services like loola.tv / instafeed.me but these are all some kind of incomprehensible paid services that work for no reason. And how to do it yourself? As I understand it, they use some kind of online mobile phone emulators and send a video signal, or how is this even implemented?

There you need to pull out the stream key through a private api and stream it for an hour, then repeat the process.
On github, you need to find the latest php script, they are periodically banned. I haven't seen it in other languages.
