Stream from phones and cameras to OBS or vMix, connect there and stream wherever you want from there.
As an example of streaming from a mobile phone to OBS, you can watch our video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhRrvb5GYb0 , similarly for vMix there is a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJPTgfRk6to
But this examples for the SRT protocol, for RTMP it will be similar, only the connection parameters will be slightly different, see the docs for the corresponding tools.
