Google for "streaming PC to TV". I managed to implement using serviio and vlc, the manual was not saved. They even have an article on the subject. Well, nevertheless, it turns out to be very crutch in my opinion and I did not like the result.

I didn’t see such solutions out of the box, probably, you can try to rob the screen into a temporary file with a limited volume, and distribute it via a DLNA server (Home media server - HMS as an option). Of course, there will be a delay.
I am not responsible for the performance of such a design, after all, it is better to use the specialized protocols AirPlay, chromecast, miracast, etc.
