How to straighten desktop wallpaper?
I am using linux mint. I really liked one art, but its resolution is 1300x1005 (almost square), and the monitor is 1920x1080. Accordingly, when I make an image the background, it is centered on the screen. I want it to be moved to the bottom. I did not find advanced settings by location. Can someone tell me if this is even possible?

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
crop it to the desired 16:9 format,
then stretch it to full screen,
or vice versa, stretch it to the desired
one, only God knows what you have in the picture and how you can change the proportions so as not to hurt your eyes.
GIMP or any online photo
editing service can handle this with a bang
.
