How to store Windows 10 recovery?

I bought a laptop with licensed Windows 10 Home installed. True, it is installed crookedly, or to be more precise, it is on the hdd disk, and recovery is on the ssd. If I copy Recovery to a flash drive, can I then restore Windows from this flash drive to an ssd drive?
