Blocks adapt correctly. The problem is img. img has a constant size (w150px and 150px), at low resolution your columns are more than 150px wide, hence the empty space.
for example, with a screen width of 600 pixels, each block is 265 pixels wide, and img is 150 pixels wide. here are those and a white space of 300 pixels
