What are the books on wave physics and quantum mechanics?

Don't rush to reply. Recently I read the book "Code" by Petzold, I think many people have read it. It explains how digital computing works at the level of logic. And everything is consistent and understandable, formulas / triggers are not taken immediately, "from the sky". But not popular science, but as for electronics / programmers.
So, I would like a book of the same type, only on quantum and wave mechanics. I think you know what to advise.

It is difficult to advise something. Try looking from the old Feynman lectures on physics vol. 8.9. Quantum m... a from the new Quantum mechanics. Theoretical minimum
