How to store image id?

Hello.
They wrote to me that storing the image ID in the database is not very good, because it can change after reassembly ..
The question arose how then to store this whole thing?
there are images:
art_1, art_2, art_3, etc. art_(here is the id of the article)
How can I organize this whole thing so that when I call the article, insert the picture I need?
Pulling getResources.getInflater every time by file name is somehow expensive, am I right?
How then to be?

Если статья будет открываться только локально (например, это страница раздела "Помощь" в приложении), то я бы сделал или класс-транслятор, который бы некоторый константный текстовый ID, хранящийся в базе и придуманный вами, переводил в Android Resource ID, и по нему показывал изображение. Доставать изображение по имени файла - тоже вполне приемлемый вариант, если оно у вас не в ресурсах лежит, а в assets, например.
