How to store and dynamically connect extensions for an application?

Hello everyone, I'm studying Angular, the application is growing and growing. Structurally separated controllers, directives and add. libraries. But they are loaded all together in an insane amount when you open the application. On the network, I dug up something about route.resolve('CustomerOrders')(prescribe $routeProvider in the rules).
But I don’t fully understand how it works and how to attach certain controllers, additional libraries and directives to loading? All salt is in physical. loading scripts. Who can tell how to be? Is it possible to solve this with a service (service), which will collect the necessary objects (controller + directives + libraries) and spit them out? O_O
ps I'm still considering the ocLazyLoad option, but is it possible to mention the rules of additional scripts in the list of the router?
