How to stop Windows 7 from spontaneously waking up from sleep?

Sometimes Windows 7 x64 spontaneously wakes up from hibernation.
Log entry Source: Power-Troubleshooter
The system has resumed from sleep mode.
Output Source: Device -USB Root Hub
Wake on mouse disabled, only enabled on keyboard.

C:\powercfg -devicequery wake_armed
Microsoft USB Digital Media Pro Keyboard (Mouse and Keyboard Center)

Information on the last awakening
C:\powercfg lastwake

    :
     : USB\ROOT_HUB20\4&36206eee&0

In USB Device Manager\ROOT_HUB20\4&36206eee&0, this is USB Root Hub.
For him, in the Properties checkbox "Allow this device to wake the computer from sleep mode" is disabled and inactive.
Just in case, there are no cats in the house that can walk on the keyboard.
However, sometimes the computer wakes up for no apparent reason.
