How to stop the provider from interfering with traffic?

Good day!
The question may be stupid, but I can't think of a solution or how to end it.
The home provider is domra, from time to time, with simple surfing, an advertising page pops up with the rates and special offers of the provider.
At first I noticed it on my smartphone, I thought that the money on the account had run out because the page was with an offer to pay for the Internet in advance.
Resentment arose when an ad popped up in the steam browser overlay.
Actually how and with what to slaughter this intervention?
Internet comes to the first generation Zyxel Keenetic Lite.

The same problem was, it is solved simply, in your personal account there is an opportunity to refuse notification of promotions and new offers, in addition, call the provider, name the contract number and say that according to the laws of the Russian Federation, consumer rights and the contract, you refuse to advertise your provider. They have no right to refuse you. If they refuse or say that they cannot or that there is no such service, say that you will call Rospotrebnadzor and all problems will be solved immediately, but as a rule, it’s enough just to call and refuse all notifications.

Take any encrypted channel, for example, raise a VPN on a cheap server.

Actually, this is a dishonest service. You pay for a service without ads. Complain to the provider... And fencing SSL tunnels for the sake of getting rid of the provider's advertising is, excuse me, completely obscene...
