How to stop being a Junior?

A year ago I graduated from college, along with studying at college, I myself mastered the basics of web programming (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript), studied working with Wordpress, Bootstrap, in addition to the web I studied the basics of C ++, C #, Java. I tried myself in freelancing, finished several projects of website creation projects, 2-3 of them were quite difficult for my level and interesting, they gave me an incentive to develop. But after that there was some kind of stupor, namely, after I entered the Finnish university. The fact is that I don’t know how to develop further, freelancing and doing projects at the Junior level does not give any more progress, because. I'm stuck in one place. With my level, no one will entrust me with more complex projects. Usually in such situations, people get a job as a Junior programmer, where they are given advice and mentored by senior programmers. But I, unfortunately, do not have such an opportunity, because. I study and live in Finland, and no one hires me here (because of the lack of knowledge of the Finnish language).
How to act in such a situation? There is a great desire to develop further, but at the same time there is a complete lack of idea how to do it.

Purely my IMHO - in 3-4 months you can learn the basics of the language (I'm talking about Finnish). All this time, study online courses, since there are enough of them now - egghead, codeschool, pluralsight, etc.
And a good developer does not need perfect knowledge of a foreign language - it is enough just to understand what is required of you as a specialist.

I would advise not Finnish, but English to comprehend, there will be more benefits.
