Is it possible to track the location of a site?
Good day!
The task is to find in it all the sites that belong to it thematically, having a separate area (region). That is, the server can be anywhere, but the site is created in this area and has a regional or country domain. And it turns out that if the site was created in Ukraine on the Ukrainian domain, and its server is located in Holland, then the ip-address will be of the Dutch server and I cannot use the ip-address for my purpose. Is there any moment for which it was possible to catch on, so that the process could be automated?
I apologize if I did not ask a very competent question, but I hope you understand me.
Thank you!

There is also myip.ms - there are certain functions of geolocation - but there is no easy way to find all IPs (attached by geolocation to a certain area). Alexa has already been mentioned, which will also give some information (only about the resources known to the service).
