How to stop backups?

Backups are created automatically once a minute. Cron in the Bitrix VM panel stopped, commented out the crontab file, stopped the task in the admin panel for "periodic backups". Where else to dig?)

see what cron tasks are being performed and what tasks Bitrix agents have. You have something abnormal. And how do you determine that backups are created once a minute? because even one standard backup is done within a few minutes.
