How to start Usb 4g dongle + OpenVpn connection?

I have a Huawei 4g dongle e3372h-607 USB modem.
I need to configure it so that when connected to a computer, it gives access to the network already covered by OVPN.
I was told that it needs to be reflashed, but I don’t know where to find such a firmware that would support OVPN

Do you want your vpn to rise, like, right inside the modem - as they sometimes do with wifi routers? Does it even have this functionality? It looks like an ordinary USB whistle, they don’t do that, in my opinion.
