How to start programming under stm8?
Good day.
I would like to start programming microcontrollers for stm, I decided to start with a simpler family, namely stm8s.
There is a handkerchief, but apart from how to start the blinking of the LED in IAR, I could not do anything. Maybe someone knows a normal book or course, maybe where they teach in St. Petersburg or online? A list of commands at least ... otherwise I don’t want to write firmware for it under the build for Arduino.

You should start by reading the datasheet and learning the C language. The list of commands (as well as the programming manual and other useful ones) is googled for the query "stm8 instruction set manual"
Immediately start looking for a good electronics engineer, as a rule, not a single MK developer can do without him.
It’s not a problem for me to calculate and draw a printed circuit board for MK, but to understand how to write code for stm8 is a big question for me. IAR has a bunch of features and a bunch of switching between windowspi and packages, and I don’t understand how to start learning it.
