How to start programming for iOS?

Actually, the question is in the title. I have some programming experience, but I'm not good with C-like languages. From time to time I sit down at Xcode, I cover myself with books, I understand that I don’t understand anything and put this matter aside. Is there anything in the spirit of "A book for those who have decided to start developing for iOS almost from scratch and do not understand anything about it"? Or at least an introductory course?

Look for information/documentation for the new swift language introduced by Apple.
Objective-C will soon fall into oblivion)
