How to start learning Yandex.Direct?

I would like to hear from experts - how did anyone start?
I want to take courses, but I don’t understand what to go for at the very beginning? For courses on setting up Yandex.Direct, or comprehensive courses for a directologist.
It seems to me that you first need to master the Yandex.Direct setup + basic strategies and approaches. Gain experience (there is an opportunity to participate in a small real project). Then go to global courses.
Immediately go to long courses .... spend six months on theory ... I don’t see the point.
I'm right?

I wouldn't recommend the courses. because there you will get a one-sided approach, which will be imposed as an axiom. And often such approaches in courses are given with errors, from which it will then be difficult to get rid of. Courses now are more of an infobusiness about making money, rather than real learning.
Therefore, everything is better according to the standard - Yandex help, Yandex and eLama webinars, articles on thematic resources and communication in communities, creating an account, and a trial run of advertising.
