How to start learning mobile development for Android?

Good day to all.
I decided at my leisure to study and develop applications for a fairly popular Google.
The essence of the question is that I have not come across any mobile development before, and
I really don’t know where to dig, could you tell me if you know explanatory literature or courses, and maybe
informative resources on this topic?
Thanks in advance !

Use this to get started . The lessons there may not be particularly new, but the basis is good and the logical chain of presentation of the material is connected.
After that, you can set a task and solve it, simultaneously mastering the necessary tools through Google.
Definitely there is no forum or other resource where you can learn programming without practice.

Thanks vasRmba , I watched the first video from the course, and it became unclear whether this is an overview of the IDE or an introductory course into the structure of android applications.
And to you Dante Faustoff , he began to take lessons there, but he was scared off by the fact that they are a bit old, now I’m sure that it’s worth finishing them all!

It all depends on your level of knowledge of java, so it's very difficult to say). I will be banal - of course, first of all, you should look at the classic pieces. tyk 1 (free) , tyk 2 (paid) , a large interesting list + look at the comments .
In general, it will not be superfluous to simply read something like this and this in java .
