How to start Eclipse from desktop?

I am aware that the question is stupid)
I downloaded eclipse and I can only run it in the folder with its files. I moved the launch icon to the desktop at startup, an error is displayed and the program does not start.
what does ?7??7 do?

Make a label. The error is because you are moving the executable and the old paths are there.
