How to start Debian?
I installed debian and at startup I have this:
login:
After I enter login
password:
And this is all without a graphical shell. It's like I have a terminal in front of me. And after I enter login and password, the system does not start

Why doesn't it start? It has already started - otherwise login would not have appeared. Most likely, during installation, the graphical environment was abandoned (if nothing happens at the startx command) or it cannot start (if something happens, but everything ends).
And you're right in the console and sit. Don't reinstall. All OK. There is actually nothing interesting in the graphical environment. The same Windows, only paths to folders without any "D: /"
Install at least a simple xfce yourself, google how to shove it into autoload,
startx - starts the graphical shell.
probably the graphical shell is not installed, because it starts automatically.
