Hello. A beginner web builder, made several sites on joomla and dle (search and redesign of the template, screwing the functionality, filling with the customer's content). The customer really liked this site (landing page) oknavdom.biz.ua/. Made on wordpress with plugins, etc. There is a desire to learn how to do this. I don’t understand why a cms landing? a static page will be much better and more efficient.

To make everything as much as possible from the admin panel, Contact Form7, Advanced Custom Fileds and standard WP widgets are enough for you. But landing on CMS is nonsense.
