How to start creating a game on android/iOS?

What language and where to start?
I want to learn at least 1 language after making a toy or the like. in order to understand how and what
I want to know what is effective for a mobile game system and for a PC (I’ll heal MB on a PC, instead of mobile phones)
Please, without lectures, just tell me what to learn what then
Also books or videos from YouTube, which will be better and clearer (theories )?
And then c++ or c#?
