How to start animation from a specific frame?

There are 5 characters. 4 characters have their own movement animation. All of them are collected in the fifth character.
On the first frame:
1,2,3 and 4 characters go down a little at the same time.
On the second frame:
The animation of the fifth character is triggered.
What is happening now:
On the first frame, the animation of all characters is simultaneously triggered.
Question: how to make the beginning of the animation of the 5th character only in the second frame, and in the first make it not move?
