How to start a web developer to create a mobile application for a startup?

Good afternoon.
There is an interesting startup (more like a hobby project) for which I want to make a mobile application. I want to make the application myself, including to try mobile development. I myself am a software developer in the field of web. Actually, questions for mobile phone gurus, in particular iOS:
1. Where can I start - setting up the environment, OS (I don’t have a MacBook or iMac, but there is a powerful computer on Windows. I will work on a virtual machine.)?
2. What applications would you recommend for development (IDE, maybe some package managers)?
3. Where can I sketch the simplest design for such an application?
4. Where can I find the SDK to start the project.
5. What is needed for the project to get into the AppStore - in short?
6. It is desirable that the minimum set is not cumbersome so that it is clear where to go, where to write and how to check.
Oh, I almost forgot: suggestions like use Xamarin are not accepted. I want to deal with the native.
Thank you very much!

I myself am a software developer in the field of web.

What are you lying about? A web developer would never call himself that. And in general, there have been no web developers as such for a long time, everyone was divided into specializations: front-end, back-end, js, and so on. Still would have written "I myself am an experienced computer operator."
