You marked the traffic, and wrote routes according to the routing marks. But for the traffic generated by Mikrotik, you don't have a route, because you haven't marked it. create a route for 0.0.0.0/0 only with a longer distance than for marked traffic, through it the VPN will go, both incoming and outgoing from Mikrotik.
