The problem is that an error occurred when I installed Windu on drive D, and now the computer is trying to start drive D and all the time restoring the system, even when I want to install Windu again. How to set the computer to start the C drive?

Reinstall windows, or fix the bootloader.
Everything depends on the situation.

In the BIOS, set the hard drive to boot last and reinstall Windows from a USB flash drive or disk.
