How to stabilize the processor frequency in the game?
I have a laptop with an Amd ryzen 5 4600h processor, with built-in video. The problem is that during the game, freezes occur every 2-3 minutes for a second or two, according to the task manager, I noticed that during the freezes, the processor frequency drops, and then returns. And so in a circle.
What I just did not try, reinstalled Windows, reinstalled the video card drivers, cleaned the laptop, wanted to disable the turbo boost in the BIOS if it is, but did not find this item there. All in all, I don't know what to do with it. Please help.
PS: 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB ssd
upd: by setting the processor to 100%, it became better but the friezes remained, the video card also resets the frequency

Is the cooling system dry/clogged by any chance?
check the temperature at the time of friezes, it’s a good idea to start to eliminate these problems, first clean it from dust and change the thermal paste (you can take it to the service, it’s not so expensive, but picking the laptop itself out of inexperience is even dangerous)
set the power mode - productive
turbo boost works in - balanced
percent will always cut at maximum speed.
if the fall is fixed in this mode, then look further
BUT in the productive mode it will eat up the battery faster
