How to split the screen on Windows, like in Linux tile managers?

Linux has tile window managers.
In android there is a new desk mode on tablets, on smartphones there is a split screen.
How to do it on Windows?
For abstracts. I would like to have a YouTube video or a PDF book on a laptop on one sidewall, and on the other side I can easily print a summary

And what prevents you from simply opening two (three, four, ...) windows and setting them to the desired size and position?
