How to "split" large xml into multiple files in notepad++?

Good day,
there is an xml file with a catalog of goods, positions up to 10 thousand, the structure is something like this (there may be
different levels of nesting of product characteristics)
: Cutting and pasting by eye into a new file (even in batches) is a chore, is it possible to somehow automate this process?
