How to split an order into several wp/joomla/etc managers?

There are 3 categories of goods A, B, C in the IM. The
buyer collects goods from all categories in the basket and receives a check.
How to make the store manager see only orders for goods from category A, the second manager from category B and the third from category C, respectively?
