How to speed up user verification on Facebook?

After two years of living outside the global web, I returned to find that my already practically unused Facebook account was blocked. To unlock, they ask for a scan of a government-issued document.
Ok, filled out the form, sent a scan of the passport (photo). Repeated the process a few days later. After a couple of weeks, I dug out another form in help, where you can specify a contact e-mail. The robot sent me the same request for it. Sent a photo for the third time!
Another 5 days have passed. My patience is running out. Question: where else can I write to push the process? It would be good only for a person, not a robot. Even better - a Russian-speaking FB worker.
If anyone has experience with this process, please share.
PS: I am skeptical about the statements “such and such a site collects dossiers on users”, but this situation is starting to change my point of view. The scan was fished out of me, and then silence?!
PPS: I was already advised to register another acc. But I need exactly that + I don’t want to consciously go against the rules of FB

Once you practically did not use facebook, and remembered it after 2 years. Maybe you should create a new account?

www.christianscheb.de/archives/14 - here we are talking about the implementation of two-factor authentication with a personal pin. But no one bothers you to send this pin every time via SMS when you successfully enter your login and password.
