How to speed up the launch of the android emulator?

I am developing an android application in Eclipse. The device emulator takes a very long time to start. Tell me, how can I speed it up? Debugging becomes excruciating...

The standard emulator is just terrible, and not all functions are available in it (gps, camera, etc.).
Use Genymotion, a very fast emulator, loads in 5 seconds and has a lot of features.
on the off site there is a tutorial on how to connect to Eclipce.

Best of all - a real device. And several. If there is no possibility or you need a strictly emulator - in the settings you can set the amount of RAM for the emulator + hibernation. Then only the first launch will be long.

Do not turn off the emulator, or use a real device for debugging?

I do not turn off the emulator - it does not help in any way, the startup time is almost the same. Really the device is faster, right. But I need to debug on a device with a specific screen size.
