How to speed up the display of OS from Virtualbox running from an OS connected via RDP?

Hello! I connect via RDP to Windows 10. From Windows I run a virtual machine with Linux and a graphical interface. This graphical interface significantly slows down and freezes. Is there a way to optimize/speed up OS display from within the VM?

If the channel to the host is sufficient, you can set up the X server on your machine, and take the picture from the virtual machine.

Of all the virtual machines that I have seen all the time, only this one worked without brakes - https://www.microsoft.com/ru-RU/download/details.a...

run a virtual machine without video on the host from the console....vboxmanage startvm "name of your guest" --type headless
will work much faster.
