How to speed up the context menu (right mouse button)?

In particular, the explorer context menu is of interest. Each program considers it its duty to shove its buttons there (RMB -> New -> Word Document, for example). Because of this, the context menu does not open immediately, even on powerful computers.
This is very infuriating. How to remove this weight from there? Or how else can you make the appearance of the context menu instantaneous or almost instantaneous?
