How to speed up the work of Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 when trying to run any written console program, it thinks ~ 10 seconds and then it barely starts, I don’t understand what the problem is, and the laptop is not so ancient, in my opinion, maybe there are some functions that need to be disabled?
