Why doesn't vs 19 show .Net Framework 5.0 available?
I want to redirect the project to a new version of the framework, but Visual Studio does not display the 5th version of the framework
The current version of the framework as shown by cmd
Installed components of Visual Studio
Tried to change through app.config, but still after rebuilding the project it puts it back on version 4.8
How fix this problem? Because even when creating a new project, the 5.0 framework is not available

It's not entirely obvious, but for .net 5 you need to create a .net Core console application
