How to speed up Linux Ubuntu boot?

I ran into the following problem, after redistributing space in partitions, Ubuntu began to “hang” for a long time during boot, namely on the Asus logo. After showing the logo, Ubuntu itself loads in a couple of seconds, but the logo hangs for 15 seconds. What could be the problem?

Perhaps GRUB2 is glitching... You won't see it in the system logs, because The bootloader works even before the system starts.
Try to insert set debug=all into /boot/grub/grub.cfg and see if GRUB handles any error during boot, such errors just occur when redistributing partitions.
If there are errors, it may be necessary to reinstall GRUB2, here it is written as https://help.ubuntu.ru/wiki/%D0%B2%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%...
You just need to do it very carefully fully aware of every step you take.
