How to speed up Elementary OS on a netbook?
Hello! How do I speed up Elementary OS on a netbook with the following specifications:
OS: Elementary OS 0.3.1 Freya (32-bit)
CPU: Intel Atom CPU Z520 @ 1.33 GHz
RAM: 2 GB
Graphics: Intel Corporation System Controller Hub (SCH Poulsbo) Graphics Controller (rev 07)
HDD: 250 GB
There are stutters when displaying information on the screen.

Do not use exotic stray Linux distributions.
There are too few resources and communities for them where you could be qualified to solve the problem.
