How to speed up Docker?

I'm trying to use Docker for local development on Linux. Namely Devilbox, which is based on Docker. But the problem is that it works too slowly - 1.5 seconds of waiting even on simple requests - for example, switching the modifiers page in
OpenCart
And where can you dig, if not the norm?
Addition - this happens only in the admin panel and along the way. I measured the work of the function itself, which is called - it works out in 0.002 s. Everything is great on the front. For ajax request 120-130ms.

Finally figured out what the problem was. In opencart. I disabled SASS in the settings (on the main page, in the same place as the theme caching) and everything began to fly.

Why not use Docker-compose ? It seems to work smartly)
