How to speed up a WordPress site (Elementor) according to GPSI?

I use Elementor for many projects . For not the most voluminous pages, Google Page Speed Insights gives 62/91 (after all optimizations). But in the case of non-standard and loaded pages, indexes sometimes sag under 8/38. At the same time, GTMetrix still estimates 94/88(YSlow).
Full loading in the range of 2-3.5 sec.

I use the main tools:
1. Cache
2. Minify CSS & JS (in the header)
3. CDN

Two questions:
1. What are the most effective tools you use with Elementor in mind?
2. Is it worth relying on GPSI, or can we settle for normal GTMetrix results?

elementor can be easily overclocked to at least 100 in GPSI, but this will have some inconvenience...

To speed up the site on the elementor, it is best not to use the elementor.
