The question is short - how can I make it so that ads are shown only on smartphones and not shown on YouTube?

I look at the statistics and see that a lot of ads are shown for tablets, but my game is not designed for tablets (everything is not shown correctly there, and the textures are blurry), but for smartphones, that's it, so I don't want this ad on tablets at all showed up.
Also, I don’t want ads to be shown on YouTube, it’s unlikely that a person turns on the video to watch, he is shown an ad for the game and he installed it ...
The most optimal thing is that ads are shown for certain search queries, for example, a person came in to find a game, wrote "3 in a row", for example, and only my ad was there, or when a person plays a similar game and there is also this ad.
