How to specify User agent in Webhook telegram requests?

Hosting began to block requests to the telegram bot (php script) via webhook. the user agent is not specified in the request (although before that everything worked for 4 months ....) how can I specify it? I don’t understand how the
Request is generated not by me, but by the telegram itself

No way.
Write to support, tell them to stop blocking requests from the Telegram API. If they don't stop, change the host.
