Where the arrow points to is the place where I find it difficult to navigate using xpath, you might think that you can skip this and immediately jump to the html tag, but no, when I indicate the next path, the html tag selelium shows that it cannot find it, I don’t understand what it is at all relate and how to implement it in the xpath, the element that I need is highlighted in blue.

First you need to select this frame#frame1 and set the driver on it.
This is necessary because frames are isolated in the browser
