How to specify the supported version of Composer in composer.json?

Hi all! The new library works only with Composer v2, and when installed with Composer v1, it gives a vague warning that the required version of the library was not found, and so on. Is it possible to set the minimum version of Composer in dependencies? To throw an error - there is no required version of Composer, not a library.
