Why didn't all the folders end up in the web/assetss folder?

Good afternoon,
I’ll go straight to the question,
So this is the case, I did everything ok on LAN.
I uploaded it to the server, such a thing - I installed the composer, cleared the cache, deleted the folder ... reloaded fpm - everything seems to be at home)
but the trouble is, there are no my new packages in the web / assets folder. And naturally my application does not work. Who faced? Who can advise what to do?
Maybe it's worth deleting composer.lok so that it rebuilds?

@frmax

Are the bower packages installed normally, through composer?
Are the AssetsBundles all connected? Did you touch the assetsmanager configs?
If you are not sure about composer.lock, then either do it locally composer update, and then transfer composer.json and composer.lock to the server and there composer install.
